Whoa, looks like Bill Gates has filed a joint patent for an idea to kill hurricanes. The idea is simple, get a fleet of ships in the Gulf of Mexico to stir up cold water from lower in the ocean with water on the surface thus reducing the temperature, which would eventually calm the intensity of a on coming hurricane.
